Shipping policy
Where we ship:
We currently ship to all Lower 48 United States, US Territories.
We define the above shipping zones as follows:
- Lower 48 United States:
- including Washington DC
- US Territories:
- Includes Alaska, Hawaii
- Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific
- Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, & U.S Virgin Islands
Handling Time:
Give the Dog a Ball offers many products, popular products are stored in house and products that are not as popular may be with our supplier and ordered as soon as you place an order. This makes our handling time vary from 2 business days up to 14 business days. If there are delays from our suppliers we will let you know.
Shipping Time:
For all shipments you will get an email as soon as the shipping is paid for by Give the Dog a Ball. If you get the email after 12PM PST shipping time will start the next business day, otherwise shipping time will start the business day you receive the email. We cannot guarantee exact shipping times.
Lower 48 United States:
Packages shipped to the lower 48 United states may take between 3-7 business days to arrive.
US Territories:
Packages shipped to US Territories may take anywhere from 3 to 15 business days. In some cases, like Armed Forces Europe it may take up to 24 business days, or longer.
Shipping Costs:
To keep shipping simple we have decided to use flat shipping rates. As we determine best ways to ship our items these costs may change.
